Established 2019, incorporated 2020. ZR takes on building and infrastructure work across Punjab and Islamabad, with the plant and the engineering staff to run it end to end.
ZR Designers & Builders handles large and mid-scale work: buildings, housing, road lines, drainage and the finishing that ties a job together. The firm owns its own mechanical and heavy machinery and its electrical equipment, so it can run complex jobs without waiting on hired plant.
A sole proprietor leads the company, with a team of engineering and administrative staff behind him. The work in the record runs from paint and road marking on the Kartarpur Corridor to a septic-tank prism at Askari XI and media walls in Askari X apartments.

What is drawn should match what is built
The firm's argument is narrow and testable. What a client is shown before work starts should match what stands at the end, with no gap between the proposal and the finished building.
The profile carries the evidence rather than the slogan. The Housing Directorate renovation is documented as a before-and-after pair, and the site photography across the projects follows the same job from trench and rebar through to the finished surface.
How the firm is organised
Six directorates report through a general manager. The engineering directorate carries dedicated QA/QC, a cost estimator and a planning engineer, and the project directorate has a named safety role.
